McGREEVY Avocats acts for a range of law firms and lawyers in respect of their own needs and problems. In addition, we are frequently solicited by colleagues and firms in other jurisdictions in connection with their clients’ issues in France.

In respect of these instructions McGREEVY Avocats has considerable experience of successfully working with law firms in the following ways, according to the best interests of the client:

• Referral of a foreign client to us,
• Acting as co-counsel of record in conjunction with the overseas firm or its regular French network firm;

Acting as local French agent under the direction of the foreign law (in the manner of English Barristers) or its regular French network firm.
